Department Operations &
Schedule Management

Managed day-to-day schedules across assigned departments, monitoring task-level progress, identifying potential risks, and adjusting resources based on shifting priorities and delivery needs.

 

Maintained department schedules in alignment with the master show schedule, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and client deadlines remained on track.

 

Served as the primary production point of contact for assigned departments, supporting production coordinators with task tracking, scheduling needs, and day-to-day problem-solving.

Delivery & Review Coordination

Oversaw daily client deliveries in partnership with the VFX coordinator and the editor to ensure review materials were delivered accurately and on schedule.

 

Prepared client call agendas, consolidating notes, questions, discussion items, and creative feedback to support efficient review sessions and clear communication with the Marvel team.

 

Managed show dailies and review sessions, ensuring meetings ran smoothly, feedback was documented clearly, and next steps were communicated to the team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Workflow Support

Worked closely with the producer, VFX Supervisors, and department leads to align creative goals with production execution across multiple sequences and deliverables, including magic effects, dessiccation, broom chase, and Agatha's death and ghost.

Supported cross-functional collaboration between creative and technical teams, helping translate creative direction into actionable workflows and production plans.

 

Assessed workflows and team processes for efficiency, identifying opportunities to improve communication, reduce turnaround time, and support evolving production needs.
