Computer Competences
Humphrey was at the hub of the management process using Ftrack, an advanced web-based production tracking software, to manage the phases of production and review.
He leveraged his knowledge of animation and VFX merged into these evolving pipelines utilizing real-time rendering from Unreal Engine 4.
He has also investigated a variety of productions and support disciplines and collaborative management tools to help the team create new and improved workflows.
He made technical and how-to documents and training materials. He shared the documentation openly and deliberately.
Organization
Humphrey oversaw and tracked the workflow of CG assets and shots, schedules, and deliverables on Ftrack, and followed up with action items.
He maintained the production and delivery schedule between the internal team, vendors, and the client on Ftrack.
He was responsible for accurate input and updating of editorial data in a collaborative drive.

Innovation & Independent Thinker
Humphrey was in charge of the Ftrack workflow discussion between the production, pipeline, and Ftrack team. He ingested internal workflows and came up with many suggestions and feature requests.
He built up and facilitated the production pipeline with Ftrack and integrated vendors into it.
He facilitated the Ftrack review workflow. He created a friendly platform for artists and supervisors to update and review their artworks.
Coordination & Collaboration
Humphrey supported and collaborated with artists, production crew and vendors to ensure departmental productivity goals are met.
He coordinated with different disciplines from concept and design, through to final renders, and editorial.
He managed and organized periodic shipments to and from clients and vendors via AWS and/or regular mails.
He anticipated and assisted in any production and technical issues. He also proactively flagged the issues and tracked the bugs through Ftrack, Google Doc, and Slack.
