Leadership
Humphrey assisted the producer in creating and maintaining processes for production and acted as a backup for the producer when she was out of the office.
He drove short-term delivery goals by identifying action items and managing follow-up with relevant parties.
He created daily and weekly target schedules based on the overall delivery schedule to make sure deadlines were met and milestones were achieved.
He prepared reports to demonstrate the show's progress and conveyed the main goals, objectives, deadlines, and status updates.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Humphrey supported the producer and VFX supervisor in managing daily processes to deliver the show.
He managed dailies and project meetings and liaised with the show team: Lighting and Comp, and various pool departments: Assets, Digital Matte Painting Roto/Paint, Tracking and FX, etc.
He collaborated with all levels of staff and motivated individual artists as well as the team as a whole to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
He ensured that artists receive, understand, and execute the creative direction from supervisors and the client. He also maintained and published information regarding client notes and changes in planned work for the team.

Organization
Humphrey created and maintained task assignments for the teams; anticipated potential production issues and staffing changes based on development or creative shifts throughout the show.
He organized and ensured the delivery of all turnover materials including plates, camera data, shoot data, and references.
He updated status reports, sequence lists, and tracking documents for the departments.
He ensured proper preparation for all meetings and reviews and supported the VFX supervisor and producer with preparing agendas for client calls.
He was responsible for the VFX elements archive, and BNAs.
