Spider-Man: No Way Home | 2021
With Spider-Man's identity now revealed, Peter asks Doctor Strange for help. When a spell goes wrong, dangerous foes from other worlds start to appear, forcing Peter to discover what it truly means to be Spider-Man.
Humphrey led and produced production updates and status for assigned areas including Animation, Rigging, Animation-Previs, and Stereo, of responsibility daily.
He maintained Shotgun with accurate data entry and notified the affected crew as needed.
He managed meeting schedules, took notes, and ran client notes with supervisors and the team to ensure everyone addressed the notes.

Problem-solving orientation
Humphrey strategized with the supervisor, leads, and production manager on different solutions for any potential issues that may affect the schedule or workflow.
He reported to the Show Producer and Production Manager potential issues that may affect the schedule or workflow.
He also prioritized and escalated technical support issues including the basic technical setup and troubleshooting of Linux, Windows, DMX, Google Suite, and various meeting rooms, render farm, customize shotgun pages.
Team Player
Humphrey established a process for communicating discipline targets, assignments, turnovers, schedules, and priorities to the artist crew.
He liaised with other production coordinators cross-site to coordinate cross-discipline tasks, deliveries, questions, statuses, and approvals.

Multi-tasking
Humphrey tracked and organized client needs, notes, reviews, and deliveries to make sure the team hits the targets in a timely manner.
He worked closely with the animation supervisor and animation/rigging/stereo leads and kept in mind the overall show schedule, client reviews, bids, and other discipline needs.
He acted as a liaison on Stereo between the client-side production team and the DD production team.
He followed up with artists on a daily basis to ensure task deliveries remain on schedule; communicated any schedule changes to the appropriate artists, Supervisors, and production team as needed.
